What we do
We do not stop at selling. We install, service and repair all this equipment, in our workshop or at your home. We also hire out sound and lighting equipment, with set-up if needed, for private and public events.
About us
One shop, one workshop, a team of seven
Electro Jaeger was founded in May 2013 by Jean-Yves Jaeger. We are a seven-person company selling home appliances, televisions, hi-fi and aerials.
Our story
Electro Jaeger started in Alsace Bossue before settling for good in Oberhoffen-sur-Moder. In 2021 it took over the Straub company, part of the Pro&Cie group, and now trades under that banner. The shop has over 250 m² of showroom in the La Werb business park.
Why repair rather than replace
Many customers prefer to have an appliance repaired: it costs less, wastes less, and a well-maintained appliance lasts a long time. That is also why the new appliances we sell are chosen for reliability and repairability.
Who we work for
Private customers, businesses, associations and local councils, mainly in the Bas-Rhin around Oberhoffen-sur-Moder, Haguenau, Strasbourg and Zinswiller.
Our values
- Recognised after-sales service: we answer, we come out and we stand by our repairs.
- Expertise: trained technicians, genuine parts, brands we know.
- A good reputation: built customer by customer since 2013.
- Customer care: honest advice, even when it does not lead to a sale.
A broken appliance, a project, an event? Let's talk.
